To date I have to say that the Snowbee XS Two Colour Floating Fly Line     is competeing with the award winning SnowbeeXSD Cassett Reel System as the hottest selling product in the Store. For those that have cast this smooth ,energetic and easy casting line there would be no need to say anything except "WOW!"  Delivering a 60' cast has never been easier and with less fuss. Having a line with  Two Colours assists the caster in identifying the "SWEET SPOT" when making any cast either long distance of intermediate. And laying down a #16 Elk Hair Caddis or a #2 Streamer is perfectly accomplished without having to change anything!

Multi piece Travel Rods
For many years the multi piece travel rod industry has had it's hands full with design yet alone performance.  And Performance has been the key issue for not only consumers but also manufacturers. The idea of multi piece rods goes back to the days of Robin Hood and his merry Fisherman, very close to the truth. Port Manteau ,Smuggler,Missionary, hide-away are all names we have heard used to describe these great fly fishing rods. Snowbee's new 9' ,6 pc. Prestige fly rods answer the call for those fly fishers that want absolute performance and durability. This single hand version in either 6 or 8 weight are unbelievably light, fast and value .  Power and agility are immediately in hand, not cumbersome ,very noticably there!   Retailing for an unbelievably $520 & $540 will put many more fly fishers into this market.

Beulah Switch Rods; for the past 3-4 years these rods have taken the fly fishing world by storm...very agile and definitely fun to fish .  Available in 10'6' lengths only in sizes  from 4/5  weight to 10/11. Considered to be progressive action with grain weight windows very broad...making the decision of line useage somewhat difficult...however, these rods can be used as Single Handers or for Spey Casting! Recently on a trip to BC's World Class Trout Stream the  Blackwater River  I was using the 4/5 Switch Rod lined with Beulah's 5/6 Elixir Switch line coupled with a Snowbee 10' Intermediate Poly tip. It is the perfect rod for that system ...I was able to cast to any slot, across the River, deep, shallow,  fast , slow ,River left River Right!   Somewhat embarassed I put the rod away, I found that I was getting scowells from my Wife and guide Doug Mooring  of  Cariboo River       Adventures...shhhhhh I want  to fish that River by myself ,I can't wait!
