November brings it very many things ,some of which are not fish,,,we get heavy river floooding rains, high winds off the West Coast that can disrupt our limited Power Supply for days on end, rarely a bit of Snow, more time to repair the house and so on. But with this comes Winter Run Steelhead ,typically by late Novenber we see fresh Fish entering the Stamp/Somass,Gold River, Nimpkish, Marble,Cowichan,San Juan/Gordon/Harris Creek  and others. Trout fishing can be the best of the year and there is less traffic on our highways and Rivers. A great time of Year to take advantage of Vancouver Island for sure!
